Introducing Computerrific Technology

Computerrific Technology is a consulting practice specializing in information technology and has been serving and pleasing customers since its inception in 1991 as a Proprietorship in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.  In 1999 the company relocated to New Orleans, Louisiana, USA and has made a long term commitment to developing its business here..

Computerrific Technology is client service oriented, rather than product sales oriented. Our consulting advice is therefore independent from bias that often colors opinions of those with vendor loyalties and product sales incentives.

Our clients tell us it is difficult to find a good consultant, and we know it is also difficult for a good consultant to find a client.  Consulting engagements are most successful when the consultant really understands the client's needs and wants, and when the client can be confident in the consultant.  Prior to each new "engagement" both parties need to invest valuable time and energy into developing that relationship, a form of "dating" we might say.

It is when we form a long term relationship with a client which carries us through several engagements, that both parties see the biggest benefits.  Therefore our most important concern is always for the ongoing satisfaction of our clients.  We treat them well. and strive to be deserving of their continued trust and loyalty over the years.  The "terrific" in Computerrific is there to remind us that we want our clients to be more than just satisfied, we want them to think we are terrific!

We provide an wide array of information technology consulting services to many different types of clients.   More information about our services can be found here.  Although Computerrific Technology is a small company we are able to provide such a wide range of services through our strategic alliances. Our involvement in the computer industry lets us identify others with specialized expertise, and nurture working relationships so that our clients can be serviced by a "virtual company" with resources many times our size. Of course we continue to take overall responsibility for our client's projects and satisfaction, while providing the conduit to access these third party resources.

We strive to create the best value for our clients, which is often not found in the lowest price solution. A product or service which does not meet the clients minimum requirements is a waste of client money at any price. At the same time, no client values product features that they do not themselves need. By carefully considering each client's needs, then using our technical knowledge to create the optimum solution for each client, we create high value without cheapening our or services.

We invite prospective clients to try our services initially on a pay as you go basis.  Once you are ready to utilize our services over the longer term, you may also pre-purchase a "block" of hours with a loyalty discount to be used as needed over time.
